The traditional Hungarian menu is an inevitable part of a Puszta programme. In case of good weather, you can taste the Goulash soup from kettle, the crispy roasted goose thigh or even the popular roasted piglet on spit at outdoor spots by live gypsy music. In the following you can have a closer look at the menus available at each Puszta programmes.

Student menu:     Goulash-party, various sorts of strudel, soft drinks
Goose menu:    Goulash-party, roasted goose thigh, apple strudel
Pork on the spit menu:    Goulash-party, pork on the spit, chicken thigh fillet, apple strudel
Wedding menu:"Bachelor-hunter" soup, veal stew, roasted goose thigh and pork fillet á la ‘Kolozsvár’, apple strudel
Sir Geréby’s dinner:    Pheasant soup, stew of wild meat, larded venison slices and goose liver fries in breadcrumbs, pancake filled with fruit and curd
Ox grill menu:    Smoked ox-tongue salad, ox tail soup, ox grill, dessert from buffet (apple strudel, milk pie and delicacy of Somló)

Every meal includes coffee, unlimited consuming of wine and mineral water until coffee is served, except for the student menu. We are glad to take your special order and prepare any meal according to your request!
